It’s a new way of working for everyone. Let’s break it down.

  • Start With a Conversation

We begin with a simple conversation about what you’re trying to create. Maybe it’s a TV spot, a social campaign, a product demo, or a story you want to bring to life. I’ll ask a few straightforward questions so I can understand:

    Your brand
    Your audience
    Your objectives
    What success looks like

This sets the foundation for everything that comes next.

  • Define the Story We’re Telling

Once we’ve agreed the scope. Together we pinpoint the core story. The key message, tone, and desired visual world. Some clients come with a spark of an idea; some with a fully formed concept that just needs executing. I’m flex. I can:

Develop 2–3 fresh campaign concepts for you to choose from, or
Take your existing idea and build it out into a polished creative direction.

Either way, you’ll always feel guided, not overwhelmed.

  • Build the Creative Blueprint

We don’t just jump into AI. That’s kinda sloppy. We make sure the client is signed off on:

    Script + narrative flow
    Look & feel references
    Visual style boards
    Shot lists + structure
    Sound & voice direction

You’ll have full visibility & complete peace of mind before we move into prod. Note: a true focus for us at Studio Ru is creating inclusive storytelling visually as well through narrative.

  • AI-Enhanced Production

At SR we use a combination of creative tools to produce polished commercial content at speed.

You don’t need to know every tool behind the curtain, but transparency builds trust, so here’s a glimpse:

    Concept & visuals: Midjourney, Nano
    Voice & audio: ElevenLabs
Editing & enhancement: Google Suite, Topaz, other specialist tools

  • Delivery & Approval

We deliver your final assets fully polished and ready for the platforms you need. This can include:

    Multiple edits for different channels
    Aspect ratio and format variations
    Clearcast approval for TV
    Subtitles, captions, supers
Exported files + working files (if required)

The end result is a story-driven, beautifully crafted piece of commercial content you can use with confidence.

  • Behind The Scenes

At the end I offer a light, optional “Behind the Scenes” session for your team too. It’s not a technical deep dive. Just a simple, engaging walkthrough of:

    How modern AI-production works
How ideas move through the SR workflow
Ways your team can use AI day-to-day
Practical tips to stay creative and efficient
